Image Recovery Service has been in business since August, 2000 as a full service repossession company that offers skip tracing, transporting, key cutting, and repossessions. Image Recovery covers up to 100 miles from each of our locations in Missouri and Illinois.
Image Recovery Service is a proud member of American Recovery Association (ARA) and Allied Finance Adjusters (AFA). As members, our clients receive an extra five million dollar client protection bond. All of our employees have been C.A.R.S. certified, VTS trained and also have rigorous in-house training. We use Vendor Transparency Solutions, LLC (VTS) which is one of the industries leading compliance management systems. Image Recovery Service has all the new technology offered in our field. We use Recovery Database Network (RDN) which is a real time web based software, iRepo, RC Mobile, and My Recovery. We run ten tow trucks with DRN cameras on all of them and four DRN camera cars. All of our trucks and cameras cars are equipped with laptops, DRN cameras, cameras and GPS. Image Recovery Service is known for our professionalism and holding our employees to the highest standards. We work each account until the end, and keep our clients updated and informed while working the orders. Every driver has a laptop in each truck. We are big on communication! |
